What happens next
After receiving your notice, we will provide the applicable return instructions. Please do not send goods to our registered business address unless we specifically instruct you to do so, as the authorised return address may differ.
Where the statutory right applies, cancellation, return and reimbursement will be handled within the periods and conditions required by applicable law. Our separate 30-day voluntary Returns and Refunds Policy does not reduce mandatory statutory rights.
