These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern purchases made through the Mocca Belle online store at https://www.moccabelle.com. Mocca Belle is operated by SICLOPAY LTD, Spyrou Kyprianou Avenue 14, Office 1, 3070 Lemesos, Cyprus. Customer support is available at sac@moccabelle.com.
1. Scope
These terms apply to orders placed through the Mocca Belle online store. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
2. Products and availability
We aim to present product descriptions, images, colours, sizes and other information as accurately as reasonably possible. Display settings and manufacturing variations may result in minor differences. Products and variants are subject to availability.
3. Prices, taxes and payment
Store prices are displayed in euros (EUR) unless otherwise shown at checkout. Applicable taxes are included where required by the store configuration. The final product total, delivery charge and payment options are shown before the order is submitted.
Payment is processed using the payment methods available at checkout. We do not require customers to send payment details by email.
4. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability or inability to deliver to the supplied address. If a paid order is cancelled by us, the relevant amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver to France, Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom. Current delivery methods, charges and transit estimates are described in our Delivery Policy and confirmed at checkout. Processing may require up to 3 business days before dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, customs, severe weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
6. Returns, refunds and cancellations
Mocca Belle offers a 30-day voluntary return period for eligible products. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires us to bear the cost. We do not charge a restocking fee. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Full conditions are set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
This commercial policy does not restrict any statutory right of withdrawal, cancellation, refund or other mandatory consumer right.
7. Faulty, damaged or non-conforming goods
If goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise non-conforming, contact sac@moccabelle.com. Mandatory legal rights and remedies apply independently of the voluntary 30-day return period.
8. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate billing, delivery and contact information. If you discover an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address or order can be changed after processing or dispatch has begun.
9. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Mocca Belle name, website content, graphics, product presentation and other original material are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without the relevant permission.
10. Third-party services
The website may use services provided by third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, delivery services and other technology providers. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply to services they provide independently.
11. Personal information
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
12. Errors and corrections
We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate product information, pricing mistakes or other obvious errors. Where an error materially affects an order, we will contact the customer and provide the appropriate option, which may include cancellation and refund.
13. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that rule, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by events outside our reasonable control or by misuse of the website.
14. Governing law and consumer protections
To the extent permitted by mandatory law, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to SICLOPAY LTD in Cyprus. This does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections or rights that apply in the consumer’s country of habitual residence where those protections cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version published on the website applies from its stated update date. Changes do not remove rights already acquired under an existing order.
